A huge perk we offer is that all utilities are set up for you, by us! Here's a breakdown:
*Based on actual usage including lighting, outlets, appliances and the HVAC systems.
*Billback uses a Ratio Utility Billing System as outlined in the Utility Addendum to the Lease.
Here at Wakpada, we charge $150/month for a spot in our heated, reserved garage which is directly attached. We do have electric plug-in options for $200/month.
Our parking is month-to-month, so not built into a traditional lease term, giving you the flexibility to change your mind - a rare find!
There is a one-time $150 upfront pet fee, and we ask for $35/month in pet rent, per pet- this is regardless of having a dog vs a cat. We are proud to be pet-friendly in all of our apartments and allow two pets total per apartment.
Dogs: No breed restrictions! Some weight restrictions apply. Please contact our leasing team for more details.
Cats: No declawing necessary.
When you apply you instantly reserve your new home! To reserve your new home a $50 application fee, a $150 admin fee, and a $500 deposit(refundable upon move-out) are due.
The deposit is held through the entirety of the lease and is refundable upon move-out. If you decide to not proceed with a lease the $500 deposit would be refunded. The application and admin fees are non-refundable.
